CCL Designs Provisional Warranty
CCL Designs monthly retainers have no interest or fees. Retainers offer quicker response time, quicker turnaround time, smoother transactions, and more. Maximum “tab” for a retainer is 10 times the monthly payment. Maximum hours for a retainer are 1/10 of the monthly payment. For example, if your monthly retainer payment is $500 you’ll receive 5 hours of work, and a $5,000 “credit line.” Time sensitive tasks need to be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance of their due date. Monthly fee does not include extensive Web Content Management.
CCL will cover 100% of the labor related to downtime or hacking if:

  • No other development firms have been provided FTP access
  • No non-standard or unapproved plugins have been installed
  • The theme is custom built by CCL Designs (not from a theme factory)
  • WordPress has been kept updated and maintained within a maintenance package provided by CCL Designs
  • Hosting environment meets the minimum security requirements for WordPress
